Inner Seeds of Providence
Ecclesiastes 11:2-6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Give and share widely, take practical action even amid uncertainty. The outer weather cannot be predicted, and the Spirit moves beyond our plans.
Neville's Inner Vision
Let Ecclesiastes 11:2-6 be read as a manual for the inner man. The reality you inhabit is a state of consciousness, not a circumstance. To give a portion to seven and eight is to spread your attention and image across many pictures of abundance in your mind, so that one seed need not determine the harvest. When the clouds are full of rain or the tree falls, outward events follow inner posture; sowing under wind and cloud is the discipline that declares I am the master of my inner weather. Do not watch the wind or the clouds to decide when to act, for both are indications of your current belief about possibility. As you know not the way of the Spirit, nor how life grows in the womb, you know not how God—your I AM—maketh all. In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: act consistently, steadfast in the assumption that you are already prospering. The results will align with your inner decree, even if you cannot tell which seed shall prosper.
Practice This Now
Today, pick one small seed (a goal) and assume the state 'I am abundance,' feeling it real for a moment; then plant it into your daily routine by doing one action in the morning and one in the evening.
