From Crooked to Straight Within

Ecclesiastes 1:15 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ecclesiastes 1 in context

Scripture Focus

15That which is crooked cannot be made straight: and that which is wanting cannot be numbered.
Ecclesiastes 1:15

Biblical Context

Things that are crooked cannot be made straight, and what is missing cannot be counted.

Neville's Inner Vision

That which is crooked cannot be made straight is not about carpentry but consciousness. When you dwell in a mind convinced of limitation, every situation bends around that belief. The remedy is not to argue with the world but to shift your inner state. In the I AM your true self, you stand already in order; you are the law by which life adjusts. By assuming a new state—feeling wholeness, completion—you align with the invisible straight line of the divine plan. As you imagine the end from the end, your outer world rearranges to reflect the inner correction: the crooked relationships become clear paths, the lacking items become accounted for in a sense of sufficiency. Remember that nothing in your outer landscape can number what you have finally chosen to be inside; you cannot truly measure lack while you are in the consciousness that lacks nothing. So revise, feel it real, and watch alignment occur.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and declare, 'I am whole and perfectly aligned.' Then imagine the crooked path becoming straight as you feel the end already realized.
