Biblical Context

God promises to drive out the nations before you gradually, not all at once. He will deliver their kings into your hands and erase their name from under heaven, so no opponent can stand before you until you have achieved the end.

Neville's Inner Vision

In this inner script, the LORD thy God is the I AM that moves within you. The nations are your stubborn states of consciousness—fear, doubt, lack, old habit. To drive them out little by little is to shift your inner atmosphere with patience, not force. Delivering them unto you means your awareness accepts the end and acts to bring the appearance through constant inner revision. The mighty destruction is the collapse of beliefs that once seemed permanent; as you insist on the truth of I AM, the old image loses its grip. The kings and their name represent the lingering memory of limitation; to destroy their name is to dissolve that identity from your inner records. Then no one can stand before the victorious I AM within you, for the old order dissolves as belief yields to awareness. This is not conquest of the world but the ascent of your inner state, the cause, which the outer world follows.
