Neville's Inner Vision
Here the law speaks not of an external code but of your inner climate. The 'commandments, statutes, and judgments' are the constant inner laws by which you order your consciousness. When you hearken to these inner judgments and live by them—as if they are true now, feel their reality, act from their posture—you are keeping them. Then the LORD thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy fathers: not as a distant condition to be earned, but as the natural fruit of inner fidelity. The covenant is the living relationship of your I AM with your life; mercy is the fresh power of awareness that answers your choices with fresh sense of rightness. If you persist in this inner obedience, your outer world will reflect the order you maintain within. The 'fathers' speak of ancestral states of consciousness; by renewing your own present state to alignment with the divine law, you honor that lineage and invite mercy to manifest.
Practice This Now
Assume you are already living under the inner covenant—feel the I AM as your present reality and silently affirm, 'I keep the inner commandments now; mercy is mine.'
