To read Deuteronomy 31:9 through Neville Goddard's lens is to see that the law Moses wrote is not a distant code, but a state of consciousness you assume. Moses is your higher self, the I AM that writes the decree from the still center of awareness. The act of writing is you choosing a principle in imagination and pressing it into daily life; the law is then delivered to the priests—the disciplined thoughts and habits that carry the ark of your inner covenant. The Levi priests symbolize your trained faculties; the ark is the sacred awareness in which God dwells as presence. The elders of Israel are your outward beliefs and choices, those voices you invite to witness your life’s alignment. When you realize the decree already exists in your mind, you stop seeking and begin living from that inner order. The outer world rearranges itself to match the inner script. So, write and seal the law in your consciousness; deliver it to your inner ministers; and rest in the undeniable presence of the covenant within you.
