Deuteronomy 31:6-8 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
Plainly, the verses urge Joshua and Israel to be strong and courageous, for God goes with them and will not fail or forsake them as they advance toward the land.
Neville's Inner Vision
I tell you, the land is not geography but a shift of consciousness you inhabit when you know you are not apart from the Presence that walks before you. The I AM, the LORD thy God, goes before you and stands with you; that is the inner fact that cannot fail or forsake. Be strong and of a good courage becomes the decision of the mind to align with that Presence, to refuse any suggestion of lack. Cultivate fearlessness by accepting the I AM as your unchanging ground. Fear not, nor be dismayed, is the discipline of imagination: when images of doubt arise, revise them by declaring, I am the consciousness that never fails myself. The journey with this inner Presence is inheritance; the land promised to the fathers becomes the state you accept now, as your thoughts and feelings obey the I AM. Let the memory of this companionship banish fear and insistence on separation; your endurance flows from the constant, unseen support that never deserts you.
Practice This Now
Assume you are the courageous you; feel the I AM walking with you now. When fear rises, revise the image instantly and repeat, I am held by divine presence.
