Inner Land Inheritance
Deuteronomy 3:12-13 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God assigns land to the Reubenites, Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, marking their shared inheritance in Bashan and Argob. This passage uses a map of territory to symbolize how consciousness is invited to claim its own inner boundaries and unity.
Neville's Inner Vision
To Neville, the land is not a border on a map but a landscape of consciousness you inhabit. The division among the tribes signals distinct states of awareness within you the I AM courage wisdom tenderness each given a place each ruled by the inner king. Aroer by the river Arnon is where you notice the stream of thoughts; half Mount Gilead is a boundary you hold within; the cities thereof are the jurisdictions you govern from the I AM. The rest of Gilead and Bashan, the kingdom of Og, belong to the half tribe of Manasseh your power to reclaim broader older patterns that once bound you. The land of giants is not a monstrous foe but the magnified beliefs you have allowed to stand in your mind. When you acknowledge the land is already granted by I AM, you begin to rule: the tribes unite, boundaries become alignment, and giants dissolve through the felt reality that you possess the kingdom now.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume you already possess the land within. Feel the I AM as ruler of every tribe and boundary, and revise any sense of lack into gratitude until the giants shrink.
