Your work is to refuse to identify with that king; awaken as the I AM—the aware observer who does not bow to the storm of thoughts. Imagination creates reality; therefore you can revise the scene by declaring a higher ruler: awareness, love, and clarity. When you shift your sense of being from the fierce ruler to the I AM, outer events begin to reflect the new inner state. The Kingdom of God is your present awareness, not a distant realm, and it awakens wherever you choose to stand in conscious observation.
