Verse 7:25 speaks of a force that speaks against the Most High, wears out the saints, and tries to change times and laws; it reveals an inner struggle in the soul.
Neville's Inner Vision
From the Neville vantage, the horn is not a separate ruler but a stubborn state of mind you have allowed into your inner courtroom. The Most High is the I AM within you, the unwavering awareness that simply is. When the imagined horn speaks great words and wears down the saints, it is the symptom of a thought you have consented to as real—an assumption you have pressed into a living groove. Times and laws are not external clocks and rules but inner rhythms you have accepted as the way you must think; the 'changing' of them is the belief that you cannot trust your own awareness, that your life must bend to a pattern you did not author. The prophecy tells you: you may endure this for a season, but that season ends where you withdraw the energy of the old assumption. The healing is simple: return to the I AM, assume the state that rules your inner world, and revise the sense of weariness by feeling it real that nothing can unsettle your inner king. You are the governor of time, and the law you keep is the law of imagination.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Close your eyes and assume the state you truly are—the I AM that speaks within. Say softly, 'I am the Lord of my inner times and laws,' and feel-it-real until the sense of weariness dissolves.
