Inner Kingdom Declares Itself
Daniel 4:31-32 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Daniel 4 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The king’s outward empire is pronounced finished, as a heavenly voice declares the kingdom departed. He is driven away from human company, until he learns that the Most High rules over the kingdoms of men.
Neville's Inner Vision
Notice that the 'kingdom' Nebuchadnezzar claims is toppled not by a city’s sword but by a summons from within. The decree comes as a voice in your own awareness: the kingdom you have trusted in is departed from thee, to wake you to the truth that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men. This is not punishment but an inner adjustment: when you identify with a role, a status, or a worldly success, you have enthroned a segment of your own I AM. The driving from men and the grazing of beasts are the symbolic stripping away of attachment until your attention rests in the One Power behind appearances. Seven times can be seen as the repeated acts of belief that must cease before you remember that sovereignty rests with the Most High, not with any outward circumstance. So, turn inward: assume the ruler-ship of your life by the one I AM, and watch as the exterior world conforms to that realization.
Practice This Now
Assume the Most High now rules in your life; picture a throne of I AM within your chest and feel it sit there as the ruler of your days. If doubt returns, revise: I AM reigns now.
