Biblical Context

Neville's Inner Vision

Daniel is not a distant king but your inner I AM. The line about revealing deep and secret things is a description of your own inner state: the hidden beliefs, memories, and plans that arise from your subconscious. Darkness is simply those thoughts you have not yet brought to awareness; light is the continuous awareness that attends you as the I AM. When you center attention in that light, the inner mechanism of revelation turns on: what was hidden becomes knowable as its premises are clarified and revised. Thus, the divine 'God' is your own consciousness—the I AM that perceives—and the act of seeing one’s own inner movements is the true unveiling. Practice a deliberate assumption: you already know the deep things, and the light of awareness is with you. By remaining faithful to that assumption, your inner state shifts, and perception aligns to reveal what you seek.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: For 5–10 minutes, close your eyes, affirm 'I AM' as the light within, and revise a troubling issue as if its meaning and resolution are already known. Visualize a glow entering the dark corner of your mind and the hidden thing stepping into clear light.
