Read Daniel 11 in context

Scripture Focus

32And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
Daniel 11:32

Biblical Context

Daniel 11:32 contrasts those who corrupt the covenant through flattering tactics with a faithful people who know their God, remain strong, and do exploits.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within Daniel’s line, the honor of the covenant is not a history lesson but a state of consciousness. Flattery is the outer costume of a mind under siege, whispering that power comes from others or from appearances. The true remnant, the ones who know their God, lives in the I AM — a steadfast awareness that never bows to the shifting weather of circumstance. When you recognize God as your awareness, the 'exploits' you perform emerge as natural acts of inward authority: courage, steadfast trust, and decisive action that flows from inner vision. The external edict to flatter or to betray the covenant loses its hold because it cannot compete with the inexhaustible energy of a mind that is sure of its unity with the divine. So you are urged not to seek permission from the world but to awaken to your own inviolable center, the I AM, and let it do the heavy lifting. The 'strong remnant' is simply the persistent habit of consciousness that remains loyal to truth despite appearances; that is faith in action.

Practice This Now

Practice today by assuming the role of one who knows God. When a pressure to flatter or compromise arises, revise the scene with the affirmation, 'I am the I AM; I stand strong, and I do exploits through the power of consciousness.' Sit with that feeling for a minute and let it expand into your actions.
