Read Daniel 10 in context

Scripture Focus

8Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.
Daniel 10:8

Biblical Context

Daniel is left alone to witness a vast vision and feels his strength fade; his once-present comeliness seems converted into corruption, signaling a shift in inner state.

Neville's Inner Vision

Daniel’s isolation and the overwhelming vision reveal a state of consciousness where identity clings to form and strength appears as a bodily possession. When the verse says there remained no strength, it is the moment the old self-image surrenders to a higher truth. In Neville’s practice, the vision is not out there to be fought for but within you to be claimed: you are the awareness that observes the vision; you are not the body nor the image of comeliness. The decay of that image signals the opening of a new within-state: I AM the living force, I AM the strength that requires no external proof. So Daniel's energy collapses not as punishment but as invitation—to revise the sense of self until what remains is pure awareness, the I AM. When you adopt the revision, stating, 'I am the strength of God now,' the vision becomes a present reality in your own inner room. The vision then flows outward as you continue to rest in this inner state.

Practice This Now

In a moment of stillness, assume the feeling of being the I AM and declare, 'I am the strength of God now,' then imagine the great vision unfolding within as present reality.
