In this light, do not battle impulses but revise them: affirm, I am the truth of God; I speak with purity, integrity, and kindness. Feel that truth in your chest until the old vibrations dissolve. Stop lying to yourself about who you are; replace the old self with the I AM that creates your world through perception. As your inner state aligns with truth, your words, thoughts, and actions harmonize with the new man, and the outer life follows the inward shift.
