Neville's Inner Vision
View Colossians 3:12-14 as an invitation to dress your entire consciousness with divine qualities. To 'put on' mercy, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, and longsuffering is not about outward display; it is the inner tone you assume in awareness. The elect of God is the state of inner being that already knows the I AM presence within; the quarrels and problems you imagine are simply movements within that awareness. When you forgive as Christ forgave you, you align with the unconditioned love that is your true nature, and forgiveness becomes a natural response rather than a duty. Above all, put on charity—the bond of perfectness—because love is the energy that knits every inner scene into unity. As you dwell in this inner attire, your feelings shift, your perceptions soften, and your outer world begins to reflect that inner harmony. The practice is to live from that state, not to chase external virtue, for virtue is the inevitable expression of your inner I AM. Your relationships reform in the realm of consciousness, and what you experience outwardly follows the rhythm of that inward garment.
Practice This Now
Assume you are merciful and forgiving now. Revise a current quarrel in your imagination until you feel the kindness as your own.
