Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Paul declares he serves as a minister of God's dispensation for you, to bring forth the word of God. The mystery hidden for ages is now revealed: Christ in you, the hope of glory.
Neville's Inner Vision
Think of the dispensation as a declaration of the I AM within you, not a distant plan. Paul's ministry, given by God, is the inner administration of your consciousness here and now, to fulfil the word of God in your life. The 'mystery' that was hidden is the awakening that Christ dwells in you. When you notice this, the riches of the glory of that mystery are not out there to possess, but within your awareness—the Christ within you, the hope of glory. Gentiles in Colossians stands for all nations of consciousness; the boundary dissolves when you claim the indwelling presence as your own. The mystery is not a doctrine to chase but a state to inhabit: I am the place where God makes his home; Christ in me is the light and life that shines through every moment. As you rest in this truth, you stop seeking God as distant and begin recognizing God as your I AM, already alive, already glorious, already present in you.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the feeling of Christ in you. Repeat, 'I am Christ in me, the hope of glory,' until your inner sense shifts and this reality feels present here and now.
