Colossians 1:25

Biblical Context

Paul states he has been made a minister by the dispensation of God for you, to fulfill the word of God. This speaks of a divine appointment for service and the fulfillment of God's purpose.

Neville's Inner Vision

Here, Paul does not name a distant office but describes your own inner status: the I AM, God within, has appointed you as a minister to fulfill His word in present experience. The so-called dispensation is a state of consciousness you enter and dwell in by attention, not a schedule. When you claim yourself as the instrument through which divine truth becomes visible, you align with that word becoming flesh in your world. The 'for you' means for the benefit of your own life as perceived by you, and for the lives you touch through your mind's activity. To reinterpret this is to realize that you are the means by which God speaks in form: your awareness, your feeling, your thought, and your imagination are the vehicle of fulfillment. So you practice by assuming this office now, feeling the I AM as minister, and letting the word of God be expressed through your daily acts, your choices, your relationships.

Practice This Now

Assume the role now: 'I am the minister of God, the dispensation now given me to fulfill His word.' Feel this as present reality, letting the I AM express through your every act.
