Inner Agreement in Amos
Amos 3:3-6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
Amos 3:3-6 declares that life moves in response to inner agreement. What seems to unfold outwardly mirrors the inner state of our consciousness, and all disruption points to a choice in alignment with the divine I AM.
Neville's Inner Vision
Two cannot walk together except they be agreed, and so your life pairs the outer with the inner. The lion, snare, and trumpet are not external powers but images of the movements of your own mind: fear, motive, and opportunity arising only when you consent to an inner state. If your world trembles, you have allowed a belief that you are apart from the Source within, or you have not fully aligned with your I AM. The command, 'shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?' is a reminder that God, the I AM, is never distant; all motion begins in consciousness. When you deliberately dwell in harmony with that inner ruler, the appearances rearrange themselves to reflect your new conviction. Do not chase outcomes; revise the feeling and the sense of self. In this light, the trumpet sounding the city is merely your awareness answering to the truth that you and your Creator are one. Practice becomes the proof: inner agreement translates into lived circumstance.
Practice This Now
Assume you walk with your I AM in perfect agreement; feel the presence as real now. Then revise a current concern by mentally declaring 'We are one; this situation is already resolved in consciousness' and dwell in that feeling.
