Biblical Context
Acts 5:12-13 depicts the apostles displaying signs among the people while living in oneness; some keep away, yet the community's presence is publicly magnified.
Neville's Inner Vision
In this scene, the 'signs and wonders' are not separate miracles but the visible fruit of a fixed state of consciousness. The hands of the apostles symbolize the I AM that speaks and acts through collective agreement; 'they were all with one accord' marks a consistent inner vibration, an imagination unified with God. The porch of Solomon stands for the inner temple where perception gathers to witness what the mind has created. When the inner state remains undisturbed — a quiet, confident conviction of oneness — outward events rearrange themselves to reflect that certainty: signs appear, lives touch other lives, and the crowd magnifies the workers of this inner truth. The fact that 'of the rest durst no man join themselves to them' reveals a boundary not of exclusion but of alignment: those who do not share the inner agreement do not appear in the scene because they have not entered into the same state. Your business is to cultivate the unity and to be present as the living demonstration of it; then the world will magnify your life as it did theirs. God is the I AM; you are the imagination by which you are made real.
Practice This Now
Assume you are in perfect unity with the I AM here and now; feel the sense of oneness in your chest, and imagine that signs accompany your stand. Do this for a few minutes, and observe your outer world reflecting the inner accord.
