Biblical Context
The believers report the officials' threats, then unite in prayer to God, acknowledging Him as creator and asking for bold speech and signs. After prayer, they experience divine presence and boldness to speak God's word.
Neville's Inner Vision
Notice how the scene is not about external events but about the inner state you cultivate. They go to their own company, which is your own grouping of thoughts when you align with the I AM. They speak as one accord—one inner mouth, one inner voice—so the outer world reflects their inner alignment. God is the God who made heaven and earth, a reminder that the Kingdom is present as you feel it. The threats of Herod, Pilate, and the Gentiles are but the old dream trying to persuade you that you are separate from the divine. Your imagination obeys the decree that has already been determined by the hand and counsel of your inner nature. When you ask for boldness to speak your truth and for healing through your touch of life, you are not asking as a beggar; you are re-affirming what you already are: the vessel through whom divine power moves. The place shakes when consciousness is electrified by the Holy Spirit, not as a physical quake but as a shift in your awareness— a sudden realization that you have always carried the power to heal and to declare the Truth with courage.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and imagine you are gathered with your inner company; declare with feeling, 'I am bold to speak the word of God,' and sense the healing current moving through you as real now.
