Gate of Awe: Healing in Acts
Acts 3:9-10 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The people see a man walking and praising God, recognized as the former beggar at the temple gate, and they are filled with wonder at what has happened.
Neville's Inner Vision
The scene is not merely an external miracle; it is a vivid display of inner conquest. The man who once sat for alms represents a former self confined by lack, now stepping forth in the authority of the I AM within. The crowd’s astonishment mirrors the moment your own consciousness discovers its inherent wholeness and power. When you awaken to a state of imagined being—healed, free, and praising God—you do not need signs from without; the world simply reflects the reality already claimed in your mind. The healing and restoration are movements of inward awareness, not external events; the gate is the threshold between old limitation and new selfhood, and passing through is faith in the unseen form your belief has taken. As others witness your change, they are, in truth, witnesses to your inner transformation. Remind yourself that you are the living I AM, and that fullness already inhabits you; the outward appears as confirmation of this inner reality.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Assume the healed state now; for five minutes, picture yourself walking in confidence, praising the I AM within, and let that feeling saturate your body. Revise any doubt by returning to that image and declaring, 'I am whole now.'
