Biblical Context

This verse invites turning away from old ways and turning to God. It promises inner renewal when the Lord's Presence is felt.

Neville's Inner Vision

Verse Acts 3:19 invites you to repentance as a turning of consciousness, not merely outward behavior. Sins are memories clinging to a false self; forgiveness is the return to the I AM within, your true identity. When you inwardly convert—assenting to a new state of being—the times of refreshing spring up from the Presence of the Lord. This refreshing is not a distant event but a renewing of your inner atmosphere: you cease narrating lack, fear, and separation, and you align with the I AM. In Neville’s practice, faith is the imagination acting as if the changed condition already exists. By dwelling in the feeling of your remade self, you magnetize new circumstances into consciousness, and they appear in the external world as you maintain the inner state. The verse promises forgiveness and renewal follow your inner conversion; you live from the awareness that God is present now, within your own heart. Your life becomes the demonstration of a renewed creation, rooted in the I AM that you are.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Close your eyes, place a hand over your chest, and declare I AM, my true Self. Then feel the Presence flood your inner room with refreshing peace and linger there for a minute.
