Read Acts 28 in context

Scripture Focus

10Who also honoured us with many honours; and when we departed, they laded us with such things as were necessary.
Acts 28:10

Biblical Context

Acts 28:10 shows Paul and companions being honored by others and supplied with what they needed as they departed.

Neville's Inner Vision

Picture the scene as a movement of consciousness. The shipmates are not men in a distant city, but states of awareness being honored by the idea of provision you hold within. The honours and laded gifts are not external awards but the tangible proof of your inner approval of yourself as already supplied-for. When you dwell in gratitude, you invite the world to mirror your inner alignment. The farewell gifts symbolize an inner assurance that your needs are met by the I AM you are. As the I AM expands in imagination, the old sense of lack dissolves and you find yourself surrounded by supportive ideas and beings who equip you with what is necessary. The purpose is to reveal Providence and Guidance as your constant presence. So, expect favors; let generosity flow through you; and recognize every receipt as token that your state has been accepted by God within. Your task is to revise any lack-based feeling until it collapses into the now-satisfied you, the only reality.

Practice This Now

Assume the feeling 'I am already provided for' and, for five minutes, visualize being welcomed and laded with what you need; feel gratitude as if it is already true.
