Biblical Context
Festus proclaims Paul not deserving of death and intends to send him to Caesar after an examination; there is no definite charge to write to the lord, so Paul is brought before Agrippa for assessment.
Neville's Inner Vision
Paul represents the living truth within you, not a condemned man. Festus and Agrippa are the outward voices of judgment; Augustus is the higher will of life, the Law you submit to when you awaken. The crowd crying for death mirrors a weary mind clinging to appearances; yet the truth finds no fault in you. When Festus says Paul has committed nothing worthy of death, that is the inner verdict your I AM recognizes about your own nature: innocence cannot be executed. The intention to send him to Augustus shows your decision to carry the truth to the higher fact of your being, beyond surface judgment. The remark, 'no certain thing to write unto my lord,' means the outer record cannot define your reality; you write your own record by the act of realization. Practice this by assuming the state of innocent being and by imagining that your higher self approves you without reservation, letting mercy flow from that conviction.

Imaginative_act: Sit and declare, 'I am innocent before the law of life.' Feel that verdict move through your body with each breath.
