Read Acts 22 in context

Scripture Focus

14And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth.
15For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.
Acts 22:14-15

Biblical Context

Paul is told that the God of our fathers has chosen him to know His will, to see the Just One, and to hear the voice of His mouth; he is commissioned to witness what he has seen and heard.

Neville's Inner Vision

In Neville's terms, the God of our fathers is the I AM within you—your constant consciousness. Being 'chosen' indicates your present state has tuned itself to know God's will, to perceive the Just One within, and to hear the voice of God guiding your life. To know His will is to discern the next inner movement that aligns with your truth; to see the Just One is to recognize Christ as the perfect idea already present in you; to hear the voice is to feel a guiding certainty, not an external sound. 'For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard' becomes a call to translate inner revelation into outward life: thoughts, choices, and deeds that testify to your realized state. The presence of God is the ongoing awareness that you are that which you seek—the vessel and the message—radiating illumination through every moment.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Assume the state by mentally repeating, 'I am chosen to know God's will, to see the Just One within, and to hear His voice now,' and hold that inner certainty for 5 minutes, then imagine a real-life decision guided by that inner witness.
