8And Crispus, the chief ruler of the synagogue, believed on the Lord with all his house; and many of the Corinthians hearing believed, and were baptized.
Acts 18:7-8

Biblical Context

Paul moves to Justus's house, a worshipper of God. Crispus, the synagogue's ruler, believes with his whole household, and many Corinthians hear and are baptized.

Neville's Inner Vision

Belief here is not a rumor handed to you from without; it is a state of consciousness I awaken within. The entering of Justus's house stands for entering a room in my own mind where God already dwells. Justus—the man who worships God—signifies a disposition of reverence that invites the divine into daily life. When Crispus, the ruler of the synagogue, believes with all his house, the inner ruler yields to the truth, and the whole inner household is carried by that faith. The Corinthians who hear this become a sign that awareness expands: once belief is real to one, it spreads and is baptized into form. The outer events—persistence of belief, reception, and baptism—mirror the inner cleansing that occurs when I affirm the I AM as my sole reality. So I practice turning the inner room toward divine proximity, letting perception align with the certainty that I am the house where God resides.

Practice This Now

Practice by assuming you are the house where Spirit dwells. Declare, 'I am the house of God, and all within me believe,' letting that inner conviction baptize every moment.
