Biblical Context
Verse 15-18 presents a shared prophetic vision: God will restore David’s tabernacle and rebuild what is fallen so that a remnant and the Gentiles may seek the Lord; God’s works are known from the beginning.
Neville's Inner Vision
These verses are not about geography but about the state of your consciousness. The 'tabernacle of David' is the awakened I AM, the temple where God dwells within. When it says 'After this I will return and build again,' it signals a coming into awareness, a mental revision that restores your sense of self from its ruins. The ruins are limiting beliefs; by consciously choosing a higher picture, you rebuild them into a living house for God to express through you. 'That the residue of men might seek after the Lord' becomes your inner longing that remains until you recognize that the Lord you seek is the Lord within. 'Known unto God are all his works' invites the certainty that every event in your outer life is already known to your higher self; you need only align with imagination and let the visible follow. The practiced faith is simple: assume the feeling of being the dwelling place of God, revise what you believe about yourself, and dwell in the present awareness that you are the temple here and now.
Practice This Now
Imaginative_act: Close your eyes and assume, 'I am the tabernacle of David; God dwells in me now.' Feel this restoration as a real inner sensation and let it guide your daily life.
