Biblical Context
Believers enter Iconium's synagogue, and a great multitude of Jews and Greeks believe. Opposing voices rise, but they remain bold in the Lord, and grace manifests through signs and wonders.
Neville's Inner Vision
Iconium is not a city on a map, but a state of consciousness where you stand in the awareness that you are the Lord’s word made flesh. The synagogue of the Jews is the old counsel of doubt within you, the voices that insist that what you seek cannot be. When a great multitude—representing the many aspects of belief within you—unite in faith, it is your inner conviction taking hold. Yet the unbelieving Jews stirring the Gentiles are the shadows of fear and resistance, urging you to turn away from your new self. They seek to polarize, to make your mind evil affected against the brethren of your true nature. But you remain speaking boldly in the Lord, because you know the word of his grace is truth, and the I AM bears witness to it. The signs and wonders granted are not external miracles only, but the inner confirmations—felt experiences, coincidences, and harmonies—that prove your inner state has become your outer life. Persist in your assumption until the world reflects your inner decree. Then the very atmosphere around you will respond, and the life you inhabit will ring with grace and manifest proof of the reality you conceived.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Sit with eyes closed, assume the feeling of the fulfilled state, and declare I AM Grace until your inner atmosphere shifts. Then notice affirmations, opportunities, and harmonies unfolding in life as proof.
