Unbiased God Within

Acts 10:34-35 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Acts 10 in context

Scripture Focus

34Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
35But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
Acts 10:34-35

Biblical Context

Peter states that God shows no favoritism; in every nation, those who fear Him and do righteousness are accepted by Him, regardless of nationality.

Neville's Inner Vision

Peter’s declaration is not a distant decree but a mirror for your own inner life. God is not a judge over others’ worth but the I AM within your awareness. To fear Him is to align your attention with divine order inside your mind—an attentive reverence that holds truth, harmony, and justice. To work righteousness is to act in accord with that inner law, moment by moment, regardless of outward labels. When you recognize this, the borders of nationality, race, or circumstance dissolve, for you have located the one court of appeal within, where divine law guides rightly. Acceptance then arises not from others’ favor, but from your fidelity to your inner standard. Seen this way, Acts 10:34-35 maps your consciousness: when you stand in reverent recognition of the I AM and act from that truth, you are accepted by the one God painting your world from within.

Practice This Now

Assume the statement, 'God is no respecter of persons; I am accepted now as I fear Him and do righteousness.' Feel that acceptance permeate every cell as the I AM.
