Scripture Focus

5For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
Acts 1:5

Biblical Context

Acts 1:5 contrasts John’s water baptism with a coming baptism of the Holy Spirit, signaling a shift from outer form to inner life. It invites you to seek the Spirit within as your real immersion.

Neville's Inner Vision

Verse 1:5 is not a history lesson but a doorway into your inner kingdom. Water baptism points to form; Spirit baptism points to the consciousness that already is the I AM. The disciples stand at the edge of a greater order, and so do you: not many days hence becomes not days but degrees of awareness you are willing to inhabit. The Holy Ghost is the living presence of God within your imagining, not something you chase without, but a truth you identify with inside. When you claim you are baptized with the Spirit, you are no longer defined by the river or by ritual; you are defined by the immediacy of divine life surging through your inner sight. Give attention to your inner atmosphere—the holy separation is the discipline of choosing the I AM as your source, your salvation, your redemption. In that inner immersion, you discover that God, the I AM, is your constant companion, guiding thoughts, tempering feelings, and awakening magnificence you thought lost.

Practice This Now

Assume you are already baptized with the Holy Spirit; feel the I AM within, and respond to life from that center. Let any sense of lack fade as you dwell in this inward baptism.
