Acts 1:24

Biblical Context

The believers petition the Lord who knows the hearts of all to reveal which of two candidates He has chosen.

Neville's Inner Vision

Here the scene is not a census of two men but a state of consciousness asking for direction. The 'Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men' is your awareness acknowledging that every mind is a state you entertain. The two they enumerate are two possibilities held within the inner weather of your belief. The request to 'show which of these two thou hast chosen' is a request to your I AM to reveal the one that harmonizes with your deepest nature. When you accept that God knows the hearts, you stop projecting outside authorities and return to the root: you are the I AM, the observer whose awareness can discern alignment between your inner feeling and the outer event. The answer comes as you assume the finished state—see yourself already having chosen; feel the certainty of it; and watch as events adjust to support the assumption. Providence is not a distant vote but a consent you grant in your present perception. In that stillness, your choice appears with proof of inner peace and guiding signs, because you and the Father are one in the act of knowing.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Close your eyes and affirm, 'I am the I AM, knowing the heart of all men.' Then imagine the chosen one already mine and feel the certainty settling deep within me; you will see the outer form reflect this inner conviction.
