2 Timothy 1:9

Biblical Context

God saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, the sentence before you is a revelation: you have been saved and called, not by mortal effort, but by a divine purpose and grace that dwelt with you in Christ Jesus before the world began. In my teaching, God is the I AM—your own consciousness made visible. The holy calling is a state of being you awaken to, not a task you attain. The world is a mirror of your inner shifts; when you assume the attitude of one already chosen, you discover your vocation arises from within. The grace, not your works, furnishes the energy that sustains you; it is the sacred stamp of your eternal intention. So, examine your present self and refuse the sense of limitation. Remind yourself that you are the realization of a purpose older than time, and let your feeling-toned conviction pull your life into harmony with that purpose.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, breathe, and assume the feeling of being already saved and called. Repeat the affirmation: 'I am the I AM, called by divine purpose and grace, given before the world began,' until it feels real.
