To the Neville ear, God is the I AM within you, the living law of your consciousness. When you perceive tribulation from another, that tribulation is the restless movement of a state you carry in your own mind. As you refuse to project retaliation and instead assume a higher state, you align with the law of consciousness, and the offender's power over you dissolves as you hold the feeling that you are already vindicated by the I AM. The inner retributive movement happens as your belief shifts; when your inner government is renewed, the outer scenes adjust to match your new vibration.
