Inner Kingship Awakening in 2 Samuel
2 Samuel 3:1-5 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
There is a long war between the house of Saul and the house of David; David grows stronger while Saul's house weakens. In Hebron, David's six sons are born, symbolizing new inner powers taking root.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within the pages, the rival houses are not places but states of consciousness. The long war between Saul and David marks the tug between the old self and the new I AM rising within you. I am reading this as: you assume the Davidic I AM already present; you feel it real that the old reign is waning; the waning of Saul’s house is the ego loosening its grip, while the new kingly consciousness asserts itself. Hebron becomes your inner sanctuary, the place where six new faculties are born and take form. The six sons—Amnon, Chileab, Absalom, Adonijah, Shephatiah, Ithream—signal the birth of six aspects of your nature into living presence: drive and appetite, discernment, loyalty and rebellion, authority, devotion, and fruitfulness. As you imagine, you are not watching drama but co-creating inner states; your assumption is that David’s line already rules. The old order recedes; the inner David grows stronger, and the outward sign is that your life begins to answer to a greater, warmer authority—the I AM.
Practice This Now
Assume you are David, the I AM awake within. Feel the old Saul self fade and imagine six births taking root in Hebron; dwell in that inner kingship until it feels real.
