Beyond Fear: Inner Allies

2 Kings 6:16 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read 2 Kings 6 in context

Scripture Focus

16And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.
2 Kings 6:16

Biblical Context

Elisha tells his servant not to fear because those with us are more than those with them. The inner reality of divine presence surpasses outer appearances.

Neville's Inner Vision

Imagine the scene not as history but as a state of consciousness you inhabit. The prophet’s words announce a present, not a future battle: the visible crowd that seems against you is only a surface appearance, while the legion of right-placed thoughts and the I AM presence stands nearer and louder in your awareness. In this light, fear dissolves into curiosity, for you now know that numbers are a function of attention. When you fix your attention on the greater company that accompanies you—unseen, yet surer than any outward force—the fear of lack or danger loses its grip. The 'they' outside shrink to nothing before the undeniable reality that you are backed by a divine proportion that never fails. The doors of providence swing on the hinges of your inner conviction, not the noise beyond. Your present experience rearranges itself around the awareness that you are not alone, that you move within a field where God, the I AM, is the commander and your imagination is the instrument through which that army becomes visible in life.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes. In your own words, revise the scene to: 'I am surrounded by unseen helpers.' Feel the truth in your chest as the I AM presence asserts it; breathe until a sense of protection settles.
