Biblical Context
The prophet tells Naaman to go in peace, and Naaman departs a short distance.
Neville's Inner Vision
From the Neville vantage, 'Go in peace' is not a command to travel but an invitation to awaken. The word peace is the living state of I AM within you, the God that knows you as consciousness rather than a rally of outward events. Naaman stands at the edge of two worlds: the healing he sought and the inner healing that is already his. The prophet's phrase is a reminder that the moment of faith is inside; to depart is to release the old grip on appearances and to step into the present awareness that the self, the I AM, is already whole. When you answer 'Go in peace' you are answering your own heart's decision to dwell in harmony with divine presence. The slight distance in the text mirrors how peace can depart with the body but remain as the I AM within, if you choose it. The real healing is this settled awareness, not the outside gesture.
Practice This Now
Sit and repeat, 'I am peace now,' until the feeling settles in your chest. Revise the scene by walking as if the I AM accompanies you, and notice grace moving with you.
