To observe 2 Kings 3:16 through the Goddard lens is to hear the voice of your own I AM instructing you to dig. The valley is not a geographical space but the state of your consciousness—an open field awaiting the rain of fulfillment. The command to make it full of ditches is a technique, not a history lesson: you clear channels, you prepare receptivity, you align with the assumption that abundance is already present. Digging is mental action: you plant the ditches as if you already see the stream, you revise lack into the certainty of supply, you feel the imagined channels ready to receive. When the I AM issues the command, faith is the foot you place in the unseen; your work is to feel it real, to dwell in the end you desire, and to let the rain do the rest. The valley becomes full not by weather alone but by the inner arrangement of consciousness that makes room for blessing.
