Neville's Inner Vision
Within this brief record, I hear the whisper of the I AM awakening to rule in the inner realm. Hezekiah, the son of Ahaz, begins to reign in the third year of Hoshea—this is the moment when a new state of consciousness asserts itself after a cycle of testing. Twenty-five years old marks not a calendar age but the maturity of the I AM to command; and twenty-nine years of Jerusalem’s sovereignty speaks of a long, abiding dominion when a man or a woman refuses to accept less than the royal order of God in mind. Abi, the daughter of Zechariah, is the maternal principle within you—the nurturing wisdom that prepares the heart to lead without fear. The city of Jerusalem is your inner center, the point in consciousness where the divine idea lives and governs. If you take up the feeling that you are already reigning there, you align with the inner decree; time is reinterpreted as the present moment. The word of the text thus becomes your experience: your inner king rules from this day forward, because you have permitted the I AM to reign.
Practice This Now
Assume the inner kingship now. Recast your self-image as the reigning I AM in Jerusalem; feel the crown resting on your head and imagine your days ruled by divine order.
