To 'turn ye' is a shift of attention, a decision to quit the old story and align with the inner law you were already commanded to keep. The 'commandments' and 'statutes' become inner patterns, a fixed order of right feeling and right action that your mind can harmonize with. When you hear the prophets, you hear the inner nudges toward obedience, a reminder that your being is already structured to live in accord with this law. Your task is not force but remembrance: assume a new state, feel it real, and let the old condition yield. You are not changing God; you are awakening to the I AM that already contains the order by which life flows.
