2 Kings 13:15-16

Biblical Context

Elisha instructs the king to take a bow and arrows, placing his hands on the bow while Elisha lays hands over the king's hands, signaling shared authority and enacted intention.

Neville's Inner Vision

The bow is not a weapon but a line of consciousness we hold steady in imagination. Elisha’s gesture—placing his hands over the king’s hands as the king takes hold of the bow—shows that power is formed in collaboration between a waking state and a higher prompt within. The king’s outward rule is yoked to a deeper awareness that already knows the outcome; the I AM, present as the inner prophet, places its hands over the king’s to transmit certainty into form. When you imagine yourself with the bow, and feel the other hands guiding yours, you enact the truth that God is the I AM in whom you live, think, and act. The arrow represents a concrete action released from consciousness into experience. Your practice is to refuse the illusion of separation and to assume the feeling of being guided; then, see the outward event bend to that inward conviction. Do not seek permission outside yourself; settle the state, and let the world reflect that inner alignment.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, imagine a bow in your hands, and feel the I AM’s hands over yours guiding every movement; dwell in the certainty that the goal is already formed in consciousness and allow one practical step to follow.
