2 John 1:10

Biblical Context

2 John 1:10 instructs that if someone brings a doctrine contrary to truth, you should not receive them into your home or bid them God speed.

Neville's Inner Vision

Here, the apostle speaks not of external hosts but of states of mind. To 'receive' or 'bid God speed' is to authorize a movement of thought within your inner sanctuary. The 'doctrine' is the living truth you awaken to as the I AM. When a claim or teacher carries a message that does not harmonize with this truth, you close the door of your consciousness to its influence. The inner man is a temple; you are the gatekeeper, guarding what you allow to enter and be blessed. In Neville’s terms, you do not fight the idea, you simply do not identify with it; you do not bless error by calling it true. By insisting on alignment with your divine state, you keep your unity with truth and discipline your mind toward obedience and faithfulness. Judgment is not punitive but practical: you are accountable for the company your mind keeps, and you create realities by the states you accept as real.

Practice This Now

Sit in quiet; declare, I will receive only the truth of my I AM into my house of consciousness. Bless only what aligns with this truth, and let go of all contrary thoughts.
