Biblical Context

Neville's Inner Vision
This is not about forcing outward circumstances, but about living from a continuous inner state. Great is my boldness of speech toward you—that is, the unwavering conviction I address to the I AM within, the inner word that names reality. Great is my glorying of you—my inner reverence for the perfect self you are in God’s sight, a glory radiating from within. I am filled with comfort, I am exceeding joyful in all our tribulation—that is the feeling of the wish fulfilled already present in consciousness. Tribulation is an edge where old thoughts dissolve; remain with the image of your complete self and let it penetrate every corner of your mind. The bold speech you offer others is but your own self-communication, a declaration to the I AM that you stand already finished. The glorying is the acknowledgment of the unity you share with all life; the joy is the natural outcome of that inner alignment. Persist in that inner state and the outer scenes adjust to mirror the new center you have chosen.
Practice This Now
Practice a brief inner revision: close your eyes and repeat, with feeling, 'I am comforted; I am joyful in all tribulation.' Let that state saturate you for several minutes, then revise any troubling scene to reflect this inner reality as already true.
