Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God promises to be a Father to you and to make you His sons and daughters. The verse frames intimate belonging as your present covenant, not a distant future.
Neville's Inner Vision
To the awakened self of I AM, this line declares not a distant future, but your present condition: God is a Father, and you are His sons and daughters. Your true self is not a mortal striving for approval, but the very consciousness that claims kinship with the divine Fatherhood. The Almighty does not reach out from outside; He inwardly asserts Himself as the source and name of your being. When you identify with the feeling 'I am the child of the Father,' you untangle yourself from fear, scarcity, and separation. The covenant loyalty is a recognition of your innermost state: love, protection, and guidance are always available as you inhabit your I AM. Practically, treat this as a revocation of lack: every time you feel estranged, return to the assurance that the Father is your origin and your home. In that return, your life reorganizes itself to reflect that inner order—relationships, health, and purpose follow the awareness of sonship.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Sit quietly and repeat, 'I am a beloved child of the Father,' allowing the feeling to rise as if you are already in radiant parental embrace; dwell in that state for a few minutes and notice any shift in mood or perception.
