Grace Now: Working With Him

2 Corinthians 6:1-2 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read 2 Corinthians 6 in context

Scripture Focus

1We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.
2(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
2 Corinthians 6:1-2

Biblical Context

Paul urges you not to squander God's grace, and to receive it in the present moment; the time of salvation is now, and you join with God as co-workers.

Neville's Inner Vision

The verse invites you to recognize that grace is not a distant reward but a state of consciousness you can inhabit. God is the I AM within, the awareness through which you perceive and act. When you work with Him, you align your inner imagination with the divine, not to earn grace but to awaken to its already-present power. The 'now' is the accepted time; salvation is a present vibrational reality, not a future event. To receive grace in vain would be to treat this inward gift as idle memory rather than living assurance. Therefore, assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled: know you are heard, succoured, and supported in this moment. Your imagination becomes the instrument by which you co-create with the Source; by staying deliberately in alignment with the I AM, you dissolve delay and reveal the day of salvation here and now.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: For the next few minutes, assume the feeling of being heard by God in this moment; gently revise any sense of delay into immediacy, and feel the grace as a present, living energy.
