Inner Reconciliation Now
2 Corinthians 5:18-19 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read 2 Corinthians 5 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God reconciles us to Himself through Christ, and He entrusts us with the ministry of reconciliation.
Neville's Inner Vision
All things are of God, and in this moment you are being reconciled to the Father by the Son within your own consciousness. The world you call external is a projection of inner dispositions; God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself, and so the 'world' in you is already at peace. Not imputing trespasses means your mind can drop the habit of accounting for faults; the ministry of reconciliation is given to you as a state of awareness rather than a task. When you live from the I AM, you realize there is no separation between you and your neighbor; your forgiveness is the recognition of your true nature. The moment you assume the feeling of being reconciled, you awaken the reality that grace and mercy are your native faculty. You are the instrument through which this inner reconciliation manifests in your life, and you need only remain in that elevated premise to see outward harmony respond.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume you are already reconciled to God and to someone you carry a grievance toward. Feel the I AM as the bridge of harmony, and let forgiveness flow as your realized condition.
