To God we are the sweet savor of Christ, a fragrance that flows from our inner I AM. This aroma arises not from outward deeds but from the conscious knowing of God within us. Those around us—whether they are in a receptive state or not—experience this fragrance through the lens of their own consciousness. The truth is that when we dwell in the Christ-life and affirm the I AM as our presence, we perfume every space with grace. Our job is not to conquer others, but to maintain an inner atmosphere that mirrors divine life. By holding the state of being the fragrance of Christ unto God, we awaken the same life in others and align our world with grace and truth. The presence of God is the governing awareness behind all perception; as we persist in this inner fragrance, the outer world becomes a reflection of our Christ-filled consciousness.
