Meekness and Boldness Within
2 Corinthians 10:1 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Paul urges by the meekness and gentleness of Christ; outwardly he appears base, yet in absence he is bold toward you.
Neville's Inner Vision
Think of Paul’s 'I' as your own awareness addressing a scene. The 'meekness and gentleness of Christ' is not weakness but the spacious quietness of consciousness that does not cling to appearances. In presence he may seem base—an ordinary human among the crowd—yet that is only a mask the world wears. When he is absent, he becomes bold toward you, not by changing persons, but by changing the inner assumption. The power of Christ is the I AM, which never cowers before any report. Meekness is the posture by which you soften resistance, invite grace, and align with the wanted state. Boldness is your inner assertion of that same I AM when the outer scene would contradict it. They are two expressions of one reality: consciousness. If you would win the battle, switch your identification from the outer appearance to the inner witness: you are the I AM, present, aware, and magnificently unmoved by outward conditions. Your present experience then reflects the inner decree of grace and favor.
Practice This Now
Assume the feeling 'I am Christ within' now, tasting meekness as inner strength. Revise any outward weakness by dwelling in that I AM until it feels real and bold.
