Inner Passover Alignment

2 Chronicles 35:6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read 2 Chronicles 35 in context

Scripture Focus

6So kill the passover, and sanctify yourselves, and prepare your brethren, that they may do according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.
2 Chronicles 35:6

Biblical Context

The verse commands a cleansing ritual: sanctify yourself and prepare others to follow the LORD's word through Moses.

Neville's Inner Vision

View the verse as a directive to shift your inner state through a sacred Passover. 'Kill' means to lay down the old self-image, the worn-out stories, the habits you mistake for you. 'Sanctify' is to set apart your consciousness for a higher function, to keep your awareness clean and devoted to the I AM. 'Prepare your brethren' becomes the inner work of gathering every aspect of yourself—desires, fears, memories—into harmony with the divine word. The 'word of the LORD by the hand of Moses' is the living law now speaking through your awareness—the I AM that knows what to do and when. When you assume the state of that ordered self, your world begins to align with it. The moment you feel the truth of your sanctified nature, the old limitations loosen and fresh guidance appears as if spoken by a trusted inner Moses. You do not compel others; you refine your own state, and the outer scene follows the inner revision, as surely as dawn follows night.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Sit quietly, release the old self-image as if releasing a burden, then gather your inner parts into one ordered mind and declare, 'I am sanctified; I am aligned with the divine word within me.' Feel the feeling of that state as already real.
