The fifty-five years are not years elapsed in time but the persistence of the inner state you have welcomed as real. When you decide to reign—when you imagine from the I AM the scene you wish to see—you become the Manasseh of your own inner realm. The outer events then follow the immutable law of consciousness: all that happens is a movement of your present assumption into form. Do not seek authority outside; locate it inside, where your I AM governs.
