Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Kore the Levite, the eastern porter, oversees the freewill offerings and holy things, distributing them to the priests and to the people by their courses.
Neville's Inner Vision
Lift this into your inner life: Kore is the gatekeeper of your freewill offerings—the thoughts and feelings you consciously give to God in the I AM. The oblations are the qualities you choose to honor; the most holy things are the deepest desires you tend with reverence. The cities of the priests—Eden, Miniamin, Jeshua, Shemaiah, Amariah, Shecaniah—are the states of consciousness within you, each with a set office to perform. By courses, you distribute to your brethren—great and small—the various energies of your mind: intention toward growth, patience toward others, zeal toward your vocation. When you keep them in order, you cultivate true worship: a daily, disciplined alignment of attention with the divine presence. The inner act of distribution reveals that your freedom lies not in luck, but in deliberate choice; your reality follows your inner assumption. You are the I AM, steadily organizing your inner world so that all parts receive their share of divine life.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes. Assume Kore’s station at the eastern gate and imagine a radiant treasury inside you where freewill offerings are counted and directed to every part of your being—great and small. Then quietly declare, 'I AM the porter; I distribute every good I choose to give to all parts of me, now.'
